Attached below are the 2016 Production Nationals Slots numbers & unique pin-codes which have been allocated to your Section by USPSA. Nationwide, a total of 350 numbered slots have been issued, including all Slots for “Invited Champions” (2015 Nationals and Area Champs), President’s Discretionary Slots, and Sponsor Slots.
Printed Slots will NOT be mailed. Instead, you must provide these Slot numbers/pin-codes to the Clubs and individual USPSA members who are awarded Slots within your Section, and they will download the actual Slot forms themselves from the Match Website (www.pasapark.com/production/) using the Slot number & pin code assigned to them. Slot forms will ONLY be available from the Match Website using the slot number/pin-code. Once a numbered Slot is downloaded, that number will be automatically deactivated and cannot be downloaded again.
All allocated Slot numbers/pin-codes are being simultaneously emailed to all Section Coordinators, Independent Club Reps, and individual Invited Champions. This will insure no postal delays in Slots availability. The Slots distribution will also be announced to the entire USPSA membership in the February 18th USPSA Down Range newsletter, so everyone will know all Slots are now immediately available.
The Match Website will open for Production Nationals entry on March 1st (www.pasapark.com/production/). This will allow all USPSA members seeking slots, and all Section Coordinators and Club Reps, time to insure assigned Slot numbers & pin-codes have been conveyed to the appropriate recipients. Everybody will begin at the same “Start Signal.”
This is critical, because while a Slot guarantees entry into the Match if received with entry fee payment by the Slots deadline, a Slot CANNOT guarantee entry into any particular shooting day/relay or squad. That will depend entirely on how quickly the paid Slots requesting those days/relays are returned. First-come, first served. Please do not use the slot numbers/pin-codes to download the Slots yourself to physically deliver or mail to their individual recipients. This will introduce an unnecessary delay into the process, and defeat the purpose of the system.
The Slots return deadline is April 1st. After that date all Slots will be treated as Open Entry.
